Are you a water bottle manufacturer?
Yes. We are a water bottle manufacturer integrating R&D, production and sales. Since the company was established in 2008, our production team has more than 200 employees and a factory building of more than 8,000 square meters. Yes. We serve more than 500 companies every year and help them create their own water bottle styles and brands. How do you ensure your quality?
We are a factory with more than 15 years of production experience, and excellent quality allows us to survive and develop in this highly competitive market. Our production process is certified by RCS, GRS, GLF, and ISCC certificates. And our bottles undergo antibacterial testing and FDA testing to ensure that they are safe for everyday use. All products will undergo a strict quality inspection process before leaving the factory. All products that fail to meet the standards of appearance or performance will be reprocessed or destroyed.

What is your MOQ?
Our factory has 1,500+ styles and colors and 10,000+ pcs in stock all year round. The MOQ for ready-made styles is 1 piece. The MOQ for customized logos is 50 pieces. For different logos, we will use different production processes, such as laser engraving, silk screen printing, 3D UV printing, water transfer printing, paint transfer printing, embossing, etc. The MOQ for customized colors is 300 pieces, any color can be customized according to the color number or picture you provide. The MOQ for developing a new mold is 1000 pieces, our design team will help you complete the design of the model.

What is your order lead time?
Based on our modern production machines and strong production team, we can quickly complete orders and ensure timely delivery. Existing styles will be sent out quickly within 48 hours. We will carefully check the quality, color, packaging and accessories of each water cup before sending. Customized logo orders will be completed in about 5 days. Orders that require customized colors take about 10 days. The time to develop a new mold and complete a sample is 1 week.

Do you provide free samples?
Yes, samples are free, but a little sample charge for custom designs. Samples charge is refundable when the order is up to a certain quantity. We usually send samples by FEDEX, UPS, TNT, or DHL. If you have a carrier account, it will be fine to ship with your account, if not, you can pay the freight charge to our Paypal, we will ship with our account. You can receive the samples in 3-7 days.

What are your shipping methods and how should I choose?
We will recommend the best transportation solution for you based on your order quantity, budget, and expected time to receive the goods. Express: 3-7 days, shipping cost is higher than other methods. Suitable for sample orders with or small goods orders. Airplane: 10-14 days, the weight of the cargo needs to exceed 21 KGS or the volume should be greater than 0.125 CBM. Applicable to European, Australian and American customers. Truck: About 30 days, the weight of the cargo needs to exceed 21 KGS or the volume should be greater than 0.125 CBM. Applicable to European customers. Train: 30-40 days, the weight of the cargo needs to exceed 21 KGS or the volume should be greater than 0.125 CBM. Applicable to European customers. Ship: 3-8 weeks. The most economical way of transportation. Available to customers around the world.

What if I receive bad quality or damaged goods?
Please send us pictures or videos, inform us of the problems and quantity of the goods. We will propose a solution to you within 24 hours. For poor quality or damaged goods we can resend you new products or refund you the corresponding amount.

Can we visit your factory?
Of course, we expect customers to visit our factories or offices. Please let us know when you travel to China. We'll meet you at the airport or the station.
